How do I return an item?

Thank you for choosing Secondhand. Sustainability is at the forefront of everything we do.
We want to get our vintage jewelry to new owners who will actually wear our items and give them a new life. We therefore ask you, if the goods do not quite meet your expectations (size, quality, taste, etc.), to first ask your friends and family if they would be interested in taking over your items.

If you are still not happy with your new vintage treasures, we will allow you to return them within 14 days. To return your item, please send them to:
