Job Description:

As a Flagship Store Retail Member at BeThrifty, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your main responsibilities will include assisting customers in finding the perfect vintage pieces, organizing and maintaining the store's inventory, and supporting the overall operations of the flagship store. You will have the opportunity to engage with fashion enthusiasts and contribute to promoting sustainable fashion choices.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries, providing product information, and offering style advice
• Maintain the visual appearance of the store, ensuring merchandise displays are attractive and orderly
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's POS system
• Assist in managing inventory, including receiving and organizing new merchandise, conducting stock checks, and restocking the sales floor
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the store's success
• Stay updated on fashion trends and product knowledge to effectively assist customers and provide styling suggestions
• Ensure store cleanliness and adherence to health and safety guidelines

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail or customer service roles is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for fashion and interest in sustainable fashion choices
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Proficiency in English and German languages
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems is an advantage
