Who or What is BeThrifty?

BeThrifty is a Vintage Kilo Sale and Online Store based in Austria. Our mission is to combine fashion and sustainability by offering unique vintage pieces in a wide range of sizes and brands. We strive to promote conscious consumerism and give fashion a second life. As we continue to grow, we are seeking new team members who are passionate about making a positive change in the fashion industry. Our headquarters is located in the center of Graz.

 

As an Online Shop Manager at BeThrifty, you will be responsible for the digital management of our online store. Your main tasks will include strategic development of our digital sales activities, planning content and marketing for our online presence, and collaborating with colleagues in content management. We are looking for someone with experience in e-commerce, a strong motivation to drive our e-commerce initiatives forward, and a basic technical understanding of Shopify, image editing, and web programming.

 

What are the tasks?

• Digital management of our online shop on Shopify
• Strategic development of our digital sales activities
• Content and marketing planning for our online presence
• Collaboration with colleagues in content management
• • You will build new Email marketing automations
• • You will track performances of both email marketing and Social Media strategies with KPIs
• • You will develop content direction and research exact information for a BeThrifty newsletter (email marketing)
• • You will be working closely with E-commerce Sales & Marketing Manager to alternate email marketing strategy according to sales goals and brand campaigns.
• • You will be involved in brand marketing campaigns’ brainstorming sessions with the social media team.

 

What are we looking for?

• • Education level: Bachelor students or above
• Previous experience in e-commerce
• Motivation and enthusiasm to drive our e-commerce initiatives forward
• Basic technical understanding (Shopify, image editing, web programming)
• Education in e-commerce is desired

• Previous experience is required, Ads Management (Facebook & TikTok Ads Manager)
• Previous experience is required in: Mailchimp Newsletter Marketing
• Fluency in both English (main) and German is needed
